Returns & Exchanges
Return policy
Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receipt of the order without giving any reason and to return the goods. For multiple items delivered separately, the period begins with the receipt of the last item.
To initiate the return process, a standard cancellation form can be used (optional).
Requirements for a return:
- The return must be requested within 14 days of the cancellation of the contract.
- The products must be unworn, unused and in their original condition, including all labels, seals, packaging and proof of purchase (e.g. invoice).
- Any depreciation in value that occurs due to use beyond the inspection of the condition, properties, and functionality shall be borne by the customer.
We do not accept returns of items showing signs of wear, alterations, stains, washing, or damage. Please avoid transferring makeup, deodorant, tanning products, bodily fluids, or other residue during try-ons. Items that do not meet our hygiene standards will be refused and either disposed of or returned to the sender.
Tip: Please wear your own underwear when trying on garments, until you are sure that the fit and style are right for you.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate and resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Items excluded from exchange and return
The following products are excluded from return due to hygienic or legal reasons:
- Individualized or personalized products
- Items with a short shelf life or those that can spoil quickly.
- Sealed, hygiene-sensitive goods (e.g. underwear, bodysuits, swimwear, hosiery), if the seal has been opened or damaged.
- Services that have already been fully provided with the express consent of the customer.
Due to hygiene regulations, most of our products – including loungewear, bodysuits and swimwear – are classified as lingerie and are therefore non-returnable . Please read the product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Exchange conditions
Unworn, undamaged items in their original condition (including labels and packaging) can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt.
Please note: Exchanges are not possible for hygiene-sensitive items such as underwear, bodysuits, swimwear and hosiery.
If your desired item is not available, you can either select a different product or wait until the item is back in stock.
Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
They are also liable for any loss in value that occurs due to improper handling or use of the goods.
Alternatively, returns can also be made free of charge directly to our return address.
